We've repaired thousands of leashes, collars, and harnesses at our workshop in Golden, Colorado. That's not a marketing number — it's what our warranty team does every week. We designed our gear to be repaired, not thrown away.

Everything. Manufacturing defects, normal wear, chew damage, hardware failure, rope fraying — if your Lifetime product stops working the way it should, it's covered. No fine print, no expiration date.
Email repairs@atlaspetcompany.com or use the warranty form on this page. We'll look up your order and send return instructions. Ship the product back to our workshop in Golden, CO, and we'll repair or rebuild it.
We complete most repairs within 7-10 days of receiving the product. With shipping back and forth, plan for 2-3 weeks total. We'll notify you when it ships back.
You cover the cost of shipping the product to us. We cover the return shipping back to you with the repaired or rebuilt product.
We repair first. Our team disassembles the product, replaces the worn or damaged components (new rope, new hardware if needed), and rebuilds it. If a product is beyond repair, we replace it. The goal is to keep your gear going, not create waste.
Reach out to repairs@atlaspetcompany.com and we'll help you. We start every repair by looking up the original order, so we'll need to verify the product is in our system. If you bought it directly, you can start a repair through the warranty form using your order email and shipping zip code.
For life. There's no expiration. We've repaired gear that customers have used for 5+ years. That's the point.
Every product in the Lifetime line — leashes, collars, harnesses, pouches, handles, bowls, bandanas, and belt bags. If it has "Lifetime" in the name, it's covered.
The warranty covers functional issues — if the product doesn't work properly, we fix it. Normal cosmetic wear (fading, surface scratches on hardware) is expected with daily use and isn't covered, because it doesn't affect how the gear performs.

REPAIRS AND RESIZES

We know you rely on our gear everyday so we try to get it back to you as quickly as we can. Repairs can take up to 2 weeks once they're received, but expect up to three weeks to account for shipping. If you're near Golden, we offer same-day repairs if you bring it by the shop.

Fill out the form to get a label to send it in & link to track it through the process.


2. Ship your gear to us

The portal lets you select items from multiple orders so you can send them in together.
All repairs start by sending something in.


3. We fix it & send it back

Please allow 2 weeks for us to process your repair. There aren't a lot of updates through the process besides a notification when it's received, as well as when it's on it's way back to you.

Use the portal and select 'Resize' as the reason you're sending it in.

  • Used, dirty, or damaged gear will incur a $10 restocking fee per item.
